I think I finally understand this OPK thing...

Ladies... please tell me if I finally pass this class.

I use both clearblue digital advance opk in addition to LH strips, this allows me to test more frequently during my fertile window.

If I understand this correctly, the CB advanced measures LH + oestrogen levels, so when you reach the solid smiley stage your peaking and will most likely ovulate within 12-36hours or so.

The LH strips, do they show positive or peak also when you’re about to ovulate within 12-36houts or is the positive peak on those strips actual ovulation day?
