Morning sickness??

I'm so confused right now. 
Three days ago I had the stomach bug, today I've been feeling nauseous again. I just can't tell if its morning sickness or not lmao. Like stomach is all blah. But idk if its cause I was just sick?? I'm 4 weeks, and with my first morning sickness was a lot worse so I don't know 🤷‍♀️😂

Maybe it’s a little bit of both! I’m not pregnant but had a bad stomach bug a few months ago, I had a lot of lingering nausea and took it forever for my gut to feel normal. It can take time to fully recover from those things even after the main virus is over
