Please nobody give me official quotes and statistics- I’ve spent all week looking at various websites!

I’m wanting real genuine opinions and experience reviews on sleeping pods and nests-

Do you have one?

How long did they sleep in it for?(age?)

Day and night?

Why did you get one? Did it work?

Do you feel they’re safe?

Etc

My little one had a poodle pod but has now grown out of it and He’s sleeping ever so badly in his cot. He used to sleep swaddled but has now started to roll so we don’t do that anymore. He sleeps in the room with us (he’s 8weeks) but now he’s in the cot and unswaddled I don’t think he feels cosy and protected- I’ve looked into the sleepyheads which seems to say all the right things but I’m being scared out of purchasing at last min due to the niggling that ‘a safe cot is an empty cot’- but he’s not happy or sleeping therefore neither are we! Any opinions would be great thank you :)
