Hi ladies!:) I just wanted some advice or stories on breastfeeding experiences as I'm expecting my first in 5 weeks and hoping to breasfeed. Did you prepare your nipples/boobs before bf? If so, how did you do it? Also, did colostrum come as soon as baby latched? If not, how long did it take to come? I understand everyone's story is different but I'd love to hear your experiences and get some advice on this. I'd also like to know if pumping reduces or increases milk supply, as I'll be pumping straight after baby is done drinking from the boob. I've heard that it can actually dry up your milk supply if you do it too often and my goal is to increase my supply by pumping after feeds. Any advice on this will be appreciated.x
