Prenatals making my nauseous?

I started taking prenatals as a recommendation from my mother in law (shes bern a nurse for over 30 years) and ever since i started taking them ive been sooo nauseous. Ive also been throwing up but amy pregnancy test i take is negative.
Is this a common problem for other women? Is there something i can do to make it better?

It’s probably the iron in the prenatal - it’s very hard on your stomach. I recommend taking it before bed, instead of in the morning. That’s what I’ve always done, and it’s a lot easier to handle

My prenatal always make me sick to my stomach. Just try to take them after a full meal and you should be ok

I had to try a few different brands before I found one that didn't make me ill.
I would say, just buy folic acid for now. That's all your body really needs built up in your body for healthy fetal development. They are tiny pills and never bothered me. 
Then when you do become pregnant, at least in the very beginning when you're sick as a dog, do gummies. Those were the easiest on me.
