Am I prego?

So me and my husband have been trying for a year and a half with clomid them femora. Yesterday 6 days prior to my period I took a test like every anxious women trying and thought I saw a faint line but couldn’t really tell so I just sat it on the counter and we went to dinner. After we come back I have a melt down about want to have a child and begin to look at adoption networks. I go inside to the bathroom and see this. I don’t want to get to excited because it was 4 hours later. What do y’all think?? Am I pregnant?
