Mirena IUD & possibly pregnant

So I got my Mirena IUD October 25th, 2018. I went back in November 21st to get a pills to stop my bleeding since I bleed for 4 weeks straight. Then I went to go get my string checked January 7th since it was long to me and they cut it. My doc said it’s in place still. So, I had my first bleeding(period most likely) January 11th until it stopped January 18th.(8 days) And now I started bleeding(spotting bright pink red & slight brown the second day and back to bright pink red) again from January 29th til the 31st. And now it’s no bleeding today (February 1st) so now I’m just starting to having mild cramping all day with some pressure in lower abdominal on and off. (But not while I spotted) And yesterday & today I started heat flashes & dizzness. When I’m in hot area I’m fine usually, but if it’s slightly hot now I get lightheaded. And yes I called my OB and I was told to make appointment so they can check Soon as possible. I did make an appointment, but it’s not until February 15th.. so until then I guess I would love some input if anyone else had any experience or what... I took a pregnancy test today with my morning pee and it was a slight very faint pink line at the bottom with the rest watermark/invisible color. So I know it’s too early to determine so I decided to wait to take pregnancy test Sunday (February 3rd).
