extremely heavy..
Hey ladies! My periods are very heavy during my first 3ish days. I bleed through an “ultra”sized tampon (a size up from a super plus) in just one hour. I really don’t want to get on birth control for personal reasons. Does anyone have any advice? I absolutely dread my first three days, they’re miserable! 😩
