Conceiving after quitting birth control?

Hi ladies!
I quit birth control a month ago. No spotting or period, which normally happens when I quit. So technically no period since sometime in December. Now I’m having super sore breasts, similar to when I had my first child and severe exhaustion. Any ladies conceived shortly after quiting BC? I think I may have gotten a very faint positive the other day but it disappeared after a few seconds.

I did. I got pregnant fast with my second child. Got my mirena removed February 4, 2014 then I was discouraged because I bought ovulation kits and wasn’t ovulating but also getting negatives on my pregnancy tests. But something told me to take one on March 25, 2014 and it came back positive 3+ weeks. I got the clear blue digital ones. Good luck. I think you’ll be fine. I remember with my first pregnancy I had a heavy period after (not knowing) we conceived our first child. I actually found out cause I was in horrific pain and went to urgent care. Just to find out I was pregnant and had a bladder infection. But they couldn’t tell me if it was a miscarriage from all the pain. But here we are almost 6 and a half years later with our first child.
