Positive or evap

I keep getting mixed info on this an i have to wait till tomorrow morning so its driving me crazy. So i took a blue dye test i know horrible for evaps. So i didnt look at it write at the time mark id say at like 15 mins as i was feeding my daughter. There is a faint line with a darker line on the left side of the line There is blue color. Now i heard that if its thin its an evap but also was told that it would be colorless which this isnt.
