Should we tell our parents? ♀️♂️

My husband & I recently found out (via genetic screening) that we're having a baby girl, but we decided not to tell anybody until we could confirm at the anatomy scan. Well, last night I was telling my sisters about seeing my belly change shape when the baby moved, and I accidentally used female pronouns! Well, everyone there (both of my sisters & a bunch of friends) got to hear that we're having a girl.
We were hoping to do a little family gender reveal (which would be in just over 2 weeks), and our parents still don't know. Should we hold off on telling them and have the reveal, or is it only fair that we tell them before then?

We told ours right after we found out through blood tests. We knew we would slip up. We still haven't made a public announcement. But friends, family, and colleagues know. Basically, people we see every day. 
Since you friends and sisters know the question to ask yourself might be do you want to be the ones to tell your parents or someone else? There's a chance someone is going to accidentally spill the beans. If you sipped up, someone else might, too. 
Maybe, there's a special way to share with your parents early?

We found out we’re having a girl a month ago and still haven’t told anyone. We’re waiting for the anatomy scan but we have almost slipped up and called her baby girl H to friends and family
