I'm starting to workout again and I was wondering if any of you knew if taking protein powder is safe while breastfeeding

There are certain brands that are safer. I take IsoPure or ISO100 right now during pregnancy and they were approved by my OB as safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding 🙌🏼 iso100 is suuuuper cheap on Amazon for a 5lb container too, jsyk🙃
