Am I over reacting???

So a few people to me this pregnancy have made some rather insensitive comments. My last baby was a rainbow baby after a pretty brutal miscarriage and my I call my firstborn my sunshine baby because she was my light before the storm. And now with this one I’ve had a few people tell me that this baby doesn’t get a special title like their sisters. Like am I so wrong for being mad? This baby is as special to me as their sisters and just because there isn’t a title doesn’t make them any less important to me.
