Sooo prenatals?

I take them all the time but Last night I forgot and I did this like once or twice I feel guilty like I did something wrong to baby :(

The prenatal pills are for you , not the baby

It’ll be okay. My OB said if I don’t take it due to nausea its not hurting anything. Of course if you can take it, take it! I carry a small bag of them in my purse. So if I can take it at work or at the store I do.

Eh I'm lucky if I take them for a total of galf my pregnancies... If I could remember to take a pill id have 2 less kids 😂. Lbs only 2 of the 4 have actually been planned!

Prenatals are just extra from what I heard. Just incase you are lacking certain nutrients. If you arent eating unhealthy then I wouldnt worry about missing a dose.

It happens. I have done that with all my pregnancies (3 on 4th) and all babies have been healthy 😀

I’ve missed a couple of times. I’ve honestly found that when I don’t take them, I feel sick (more so than when I do). It’s definitely my motivation to not miss too many days.

Missing a few isnt going to hurt baby, especially this late in the game and if you eat pretty healthy in general. Babies take a lot from us which is why pregnancy can lead to dental problems, osteoporosis later in life and other complications. Prenatals are as much for baby as they are to help keep you healthy but like i said, missing a few wont do any harm
