Hey not sure if i should post this in this category or not. Ok so I use the neutropenia deep clean facial cleanser. It’s not foamy it’s like a cream cleanser. I just switched because I was using the garnier green tea one I think? I don’t know it was the clear green pump bottle. Well I switched like 2 weeks ago and my skin is like this..

Not the worst but most definitely not what I like. (Ps I do have freckles) so should I just wait a while go see if it starts working? I looked this up and it could be “skin purging”. BUT I just started my period today so it can be that. I don’t wear makeup besides eyeshadow and mascara. I don’t use hair products. Recently I’ve been drinking a lot of water. OH and I have little bumps too like they aren’t pimples just... bumps. Idk how to get rid of them... any tips? Thanks!
