3d ultrasound at 18-20 weeks??

I really want to get the 3d ultrasound for valentines day, which ill be 20 weeks...will that be too soon??

I got cute pictures at 16 weeks but they say 26-30 weeks it’s where you get cute chubby face pictures and can really see baby and facial features

I was 18 weeks 2 days when i got an elective 3d ultrasound. It was a two part package and the next one is between 24-34 weeks. I read 28 weeks is the best time to get one and with my son he looked exactly like he did when he was born. I was 39 weeks then. With this one she was cute but still looked like a little alien.

I’m high risk and get 3D at every ultrasound. They’re amazing at any point!

im also high risk due to GD but im barely going for my 1st consult this coming friday...they told me i wont get the detailed ultrasound until the 2nd visit...should i just wait for that one instead of paying out of pocket??
