I stopped after my ovulation cycle each time until I got results (positive or negative)

I stop during ovulation week and the 2 WW just in case... I’m only really a wine drinker and love Red Wine which they say a glass its ok for pregnant women, but don’t wanna chance it.

Nope nope nope. I don’t stop living life. I don’t stop smoking or drinking until I see 2 pink lines. Still got pregnant the first month TTC 3 times now 😬

Yup I've read studies that it can lower your progesterone levels and I have low ones to begin with.

I meant to put no.. I’ve cut back, and sometimes won’t drink during my fertile window, but I still like to have a few most days.

I did because we weren’t having success and I like to put the booze away when I drink haha. My husband also cut out drinking before and during my ovulation window. We’ve gotten pregnant each of the 3 times we cut out all alcohol so for us it worked. Although the first 2 ended in miscarriage hoping this one sticks 🤞🏼
But I have plenty of friends who casually drank during ovulation and the TWW and got pregnant, but I would recommend anyone having trouble conceiving to give it a try.
