Can I wear grey shorts?

Can I wear grey shorts during my period, if I’m wearing a pad?

You can wear whatever you want on your period. Just keep note if you normally bleed through or not. If you bleed through, even just a little bit I would stick with blacks and dark jeans because I have bled through before in school. There was so much blood and it was so embarrassing. On top of it all I had no pad to change into or pants or underwear, so I had to stay like that all day. So embarrassing and hated it. If you do and still aren’t fully comfortable with it you could bring and extra pair of shorts just to be on the safe side about every two hours possibly check on you pad. I’m sure you’ll be ok, just never hurts to be prepared

You can wear any shorts you want to do long as you’re wearing a pad (or tampon or cup).

just be careful and if it feels like you’ve had an accident get to a bathroom asap! cause if you have then maybe you can catch if before it gets on your shorts. and if not and you stain something. guess what? peroxide is amazing for period stains 😊

If you're nervous about leaking, you can wrap a hoodie or flannel around your waist. You can being extra shorts if you're worried. I reccomend the hoodie method.
