DPO VS DPT?!?!

Soooo I triggered for the first time 3 days ago. I know I am 3 days past trigger, but how many days past ovulation would that make me? Stupid question I know 🤗🤣

My understanding is that technically O 24-48 hours past trigger, but the vast majority happen 34-36 hours past trigger. A nurse at my RE office told me that, which is how they can time egg retrieval for IVF so well. As we all know, the body is not a machine so it's not necessarily true for everyone all the time, but it may give you a better idea. Good luck!

You ovulate 24-48 hrs after trigger.  If you didn’t track with bbt there is no way to know for sure
