My poor son got this rash two weeks ago. I started changing him more frequently with cream every time, giving him time to be naked and regular baths. It got better for a few days and I just opened his diaper to this. It came back with vengeance. I don’t think there’s really anything new in his diet. We’ve used the same diapers, wipes and cream since birth. Help!!! I’m calling the dr. On Monday but in the meantime please give me advice from your experiences
