At how many weeks is best to announce a pregnancy I’m only 5 weeks

Mang suggests 12 weeks when you’re chances of miscarriage is greatly diminished. 
You can always announce it earlier but if ever something goes south (i hope not!) , then you’ll also have to announce that you lost it which can be devastating.

You can announce whenever you feel comfortable! Just a tip though, I’ve had several miscarriages and this last time we waited until 12 weeks to make sure we were in a somewhat “safe” time of pregnancy. Nothing hurts more than telling everyone you’re pregnant, just to turn around and tell them you aren’t anymore . Hope that helps!

Most say after the first trimester 12-13 weeks or later, because that’s when the risk of miscarriage drops considerably. But really it’s totally up to you. Whenever you’re comfortable sharing that wonderful news, and to whoever you feel comfortable sharing it with.
