My job caused me mastitis 😫😖😭

So, I’m currently 10 weeks postpartum and I had mastitis three times already!

Let me tell u!! Most painful experience ever!! i ended up in the hospital.However my job or I should say manager does not give me breaks to pump my breast to get rid of my milk. Which I know is against the law and she knows it to since she has signs about labor and laws in the break room. Her excuse is “”short staff”” and we need u as much as possible! “Every minute counts”” I have 8 days of sucks days a year.. and bitches when I have to use one for my drs appointment.

Any mommies can give me advise on how to handle this situation and I’ve been working for two years and no vacation when I have vacation earned... I’m so streeesed out, but need the money so badd

And during my pregnancy she wouldn’t let me get the day off for my drs appointment even though I was diagnosed with diabetes and hypertension.. I would lock myself in the bathroom to cry.. idk if she’s taking advantage since I’m only 19, but idk.
