Pulling feeling, near my vagina☹️

Every now & then I get this feeling like I've eaten a whole gallon of ice cream. Kinda feels like I have a really bad Stomach ache. Especially when I'm trying to nap. Anybody else feel like this? Idk, it might sound crazy lol. I'm 12 weeks & it is really starting to happen alot more.
