When did I ovulate? 🤔

Ok, this was my first month using ovulation strips. I got a positive 1/27, a darker positive 1/28 so I stopped testing. But I had bloating and pain on my right side 1/29 so I assumed that was ovulation day. But now I'm reading it's common to ovulate BEFORE a positive opk (especially when you're older, I'm 32) and now I'm not sure when to test???

12-36 hrs after the first positive. After the first one it doesn’t matter, different women have different lengths of a surge.

Both look positive so likely the 28 or 29 - have you tried temping too - your temp will increase after ovulation which helps to zone in on what day you are ovulating

I don’t know about O before positive LH..... usually 12-36 hours after but if anything could be longer
