I’m sorry for the rant but HELP ME!!!

What am I supposed to do? I have been talking to this guy off and on for a year. I met him when I was in elementary school (7 years ago). I have fallen head over heels for this guy😍. He pisses me off and gets under my skin, but that’s one of the many things that I love about him🤤. He has a 1 year old daughter who I absolutely adore ( she’s the cutest thing I’ve ever see, and I’ve taken care of her since she was a newborn). He is an amazing dad! He just isn’t ready to settle down, and I honestly don’t think he ever will. He’s put me through hell and back. About five months ago he had an accident and almost died, but I stayed by his side at the hospital and held his hand the whole time. His mom and sister love me! And I love them! They always say that he needs to marry me, and that he is stupid if he doesn’t. I am at the point in my life where I am itching to have his babies! But is it even worth it? Do I stick around even though I don’t think he sees me in his future? Or is he just scared of having everything he’s ever wanted standing right in front of him?
