Need help
NMR but need some help.
7 years ago before I got pregnant I weighed 130, and then after I had my son I weighed 185.
I now weigh 175 and I’m wanting to lose some weight to be about 130-140
I always tell myself I need to go to the gym but then I get to lazy and not do it. And my husband keeps going to Wendy’s and Taco Bell for us and he can eat whatever and not gain any weight 😕
What could I do to lose about 40 pounds?
My husband says he loves the way I look, and that I don’t look fat but I feel like he’s just saying that since were married and he doesn’t wanna hurt my feelings lol but I feel self conscious about my body and it’s hard to find clothes that fit me that look good..
