Tips for nausea!!

Get those sea bands from Walgreens/CVS and wear them constantly. They actually help so much! And also fruit in the morning helps as well. I can’t stand crackers or anything so I tried fruit and it’s the only thing that will get me out of bed without dying. Last thing I’ve tried so far is pure peppermint tea! This one just takes the edge off for me but better than nothing! Hope this helps at least one person, I know how horrible that morning sickness is😭
