SPD getting worse
I've had SPD since about 30 weeks. It is the worst when I get up at night to go to the bathroom. Over the last 2 nights the pain has been multiplied by 10 to the point where I cry when I'm trying to sit up and walk. Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be that baby has dropped or she just put on more weight causing more pain? It's so bad I don't know what to do. Tylonol barely takes the edge off.
