Weight Loss Motivation Tips

Since I left high school four years ago I’ve put on near 100 lbs.

I hate my body but mostly my tummy.

I’ve recently started going to the gym but I can’t stick with a consistent routine and I’m struggling with maintaining a healthy diet.

I need to loose weight to feel happier with myself.

Any tips on maintaining a healthy diet / gym routine or just weight loss tips in general?
