I’d like to share my story with you
I had my tubal reversal on 09/01/2017. Was put on clomid 11/2017, then switched to femara 12/2017-4/2018. In April I had an HSG, both tubes were clear. I was put back on Clomid from 05/208-10/2018. (None of my medicated cycles were monitored) By Oct I’d had enough.
I recently found a new Dr. at my initial appointment he went over my options; A. Exploratory surgery (to check things out) B. Start on medicated cycles with monitoring or C. Referral for IUI/IVF. My husband and I too a day to think and talk, but in the end decided to go with option A.
I had surgery on 01/29/2019. During the surgery my Dr found a cyst on my right ovary that was twice the size of my ovary. My left ovary was back behind my tube and had began to heal like that, and endometriosis everywhere. I was lucky enough that he was able to remove the cyst and endometriosis as well as reposition my ovary to the correct spot.
For you ladies struggling with ttc, you are not alone! There are so many women praying for two lines! I hope 2019 is the year your little miracle happens! 🤞🏻
