So I'm due Feburary 20th and I had no idea how slow this last 2 week stretch was going to be!! Friday I had a false alarm which was extremely annoying, I was having severe cramping, which I had been having for about a good week with some swelling in my hands along with finally a spike in blood pressure of 130/72 which is high for me. My OB said mild cramping would be normal from this point on. My husband told me not to fight the cramping since I ended up being in tears and they sent me to L&D where they hooked me up and gave me Nubian. That did the job til it wore off and now I just have to ride it out til my next appointment on Wednesday but, I'm hoping maybe they'll be able to do something other than pain medicine this time.
