We just got a new hire that I’ve realized my cycle is syncing with hers. She is on the pill (I am obviously not) and now my VERY regular 34 day cycle is changing, and pretty sure it’s because of her LOL

I was 2 days late and excited, but through conversation with her I figured out she started her period that week. Through some creative digging, I figured out my period started on the first day of hers.

Now my cycle is shifting and I have no idea when I’m going to ovulate!!!!!!!

Anyone have this issue?!?! So frustrated!!!
