What is your fitness plan!?
How do you plan to meet your goal?
I am not looking for an insanely detailed plan, but we know our goals. How do we plan to get there?
For me, I plan to make small and sustainable lifestyle changes. I have two kids, I work full time. Life is busy! My main focus at this point is slowly reintroducing workouts, perhaps 3x per week. I have been doing essentially nothing while on maternity leave and pregnant. I don’t care what the workout is as long as I am either strength training or doing cardio. My goal is CONSISTENCY! Doing anything ridiculously hardcore is a sure fire way for me to fail as it isn’t realistic for my life.
As for food, I am pretty healthy, but need to pay more attention to my portions, which is sometimes hard to do with two kids under two, I am often just stuffing my face as fast as possible.🤪
