Implantation bleeding??

Hi ladies !! This was at 5DPO and lasted until about 7DPO ( it never got heavier), I am now currently 10DPO I BD every other day of fertile window. AF comes in 4 days and I’m waiting to test until a few days after, if she doesn’t show!! Just wanted some thoughts from you mommies who experienced IB.

My other symptoms include some lower back pain, dizzy spells & breast tenderness !
