Am I sick or preggo

Ok guys so about two weeks ago I started having cold symptoms. I thought I was getting sick cause my bf had a cold. Then last Thursday night I got a fever. Since then I haven’t gone to school. I was extremely tired and had headaches with fevers that would come and go. The doctor, without any tests, said I probably had mono. I’ve now developed being very nauseous and I get more nauseous the more I move. Last night I threw up. I haven’t ate anything in over 24hrs cause I’m nauseous. My mom thinks I’m pregnant. Just for clarification I am on the pill, I never miss a day, and my bf always where’s a condom and he never even gets close to finishing inside me. I also just had my period last week. Do you guys think I’m sick or pregnant cause I really need some clarification. Thank you. Also I know this all sounds dumb but I am 17 and sometimes bad things happen.
