Should i test today 8yrs no baby

Im 11 days late for my cycle today. This has happen once before. But its usually like clock work. Im either 28 to 30 day cycle. I had complications with my daughter 8 yrs ago after emergency csection. Doc told me its possible to conceive after but id always have a cesearean. Its been 8 years. Ive never got pregnant even when i tried 4.5 years with a finance. And recently last year with my new finance.. So i dont wanna get my hopes up and get a neg result 😥. Ive been cramping since around the time i was suposed to come on January 25th. It is now febuary 3rd. Ive had mild cramps for a week or so.
