HELP!!!!

I went to the OBGYN last Wednesday and she did a pelvic exam and pap and she said when she put the speculum in my cervix bled a little she asked if I experience spotting and I never hav up until that moment she felt my uterus and said everything looks fine I know pregnancy can cause a friable cervix but I get my withdrawal bleeding every single month and it’s been 5 months since I’ve even been sexually active. I’m paranoid now but I’m sure my doctor would have told me if she suspected i was pregnant. She send my pap out to the lab for STD/STI testing I’m so nervous any advice on this
