What to ask RE after a miscarriage

We got pregnant off of our 4th round of treatment and our first iui in December. It resulted in a miscarriage at 8 weeks that my body wasn’t recognizing. So I had a d&c almost two weeks ago. I have my saline ultrasound Wednesday to make sure everything went great. She thinks the miscarriage was mostly a genetic issue. Once I get my next cycle we will start again. Should I ask to be put on anything after treatment just to be positive we did everything we can? I wasn’t on progesterone with my iui or anything. I’m new to this and my first miscarriage and I really don’t want to waste my money again and go through this if it can be avoided
