Help!!!
I am in a MAJOR rut! I love running, exercising, gym time...all of it! My biggest weight was 240, I'm 195. I have a personal trainer (1hr every week) but I cannot seem to motivate myself to hit that gym :( I'm frustrated and tired. I want it, but it's like my mind isn't there. How do you keep that motivation? I'm at my wits end.
