Does anyone know what’s going on or has experienced this

I am currently 11 days af late and nearly 4 weeks after ovulation experiencing really bad ovary pain took these tests but I carnt see nothing in the last one I’m really going mad and insane

Done that before and it looks negative my sister said she can see a faint line but I carnt

The tests are that sensitive but your first test looks positive 🤞🏻
