C section bandage

I had a c section on January 7th & haven’t taken my bandage off. I’m so so scared to do it & my doctor said I could leave it on for a week after my two week appointment.

I’ve now moved to my mums house in North Queensland and as it is severely flooded everywhere , there are no doctors open and won’t be for some time , we don’t have access to hospitals either . I’m terrified of taking it off on my own 😩

Did anyone else leave theirs on & has any tips ?
