Increase Supply ? My LO is 16 weeks 2day

My LO is 16 weeks today and I feel like My supple is decreasing. I was pumping 4 ounces out fo my right and 2 out of my left . Now im lucky to get 2 and 3 ounces. I know pumping isn’t how much milk you actually have but I need to get my storage up for daycare stash . . . Im eating a pack of oatmeal a day with Gatorade or under armor drink. I pump the most at work at my 2 oclock pumping. But pumping after she eats I barely get an ounce .. 😩🤦🏽‍♀️ Pic for attention lol n

This is the normal time that your supply begins to regulate and work more “on demand” than hormone driven. It will be important for you to establish a good routine and strict schedule of pumping if you are trying to up your supply for a stash or for feeding when you are not around your baby. Pump when your baby regularly would eat when away from baby, every 2-3 hours, and pump after nursing, especially in the 12 AM-10 AM period.
