Can you get baby blues 4 months after giving birth? or is it just my hormones all over the place that makes me cry?

You sure can, even up to a year postpartum. I would say I am more emotional now than I was in the beginning. My husband and I were talking about it because he has noticed it also. I don’t think I am depressed but maybe borderline. If you are concerned, I recommend talking to someone. Even if you just talk to a friend or your partner about it so they know to look out for you!!
