Working out / lifting weights in pregnancy

Before I got pregnant I enjoyed going to the gym, mainly lifting heavy weights- minimal cardio.

Can I carry on with this during pregnancy? Are there any specific exercises I need to avoid? I’m almost 7 weeks pregnant now but I wanna keep in shape throughout my pregnancy, as much as possible!
