So this is a rant for me but I’m curious if any of your jobs have treated you this poorly while pregnant.

So I am currently 25-26 weeks pregnant. My job has confined me to limited work since 10 weeks when SOMEONE ELSE blabbed that I was pregnant (I didn’t even tell them or confirm it at the time) but anyways....

I have had my dr appointments pre scheduled based on my days off at work from about 2 appointments ago through birth. All of them were scheduled on Wednesday’s at 10am because my days off were Tuesdays and Wednesday’s. NO BIG DEAL.

Well this week all of a sudden our work decided to fire two people and move us to 12 hour shifts (also not a big deal) until they informed me that they were also changing my days off to Friday, Saturday, Sunday!!! So now instead of all my PRE SCHEDULED appointments being on my days off, I have to take personal time off that I’ve been saving for maternity leave JUST to go to my freaking appointments!!! It’s not like I can just MOVE my appointments, my dr office is closed Friday-Sunday. I’m so pissed off. And their excuse was that they “forgot” I have dr appointments 😑😑😑 like you don’t FORGET to make me do light duty at work every day and I’m damn sure you don’t FORGET I’m pregnant with my huge ass belly in your faces every day! What is wrong with these people!
