Another tip for birth: eating dates

Most of us know about red raspberry leaf tea, but I also wanted to share with you some information I’ve read about another natural way to improve labor outcomes: eating dates!

There have been some studies, including one randomized controlled trial, which show that eating dates in the last four weeks of pregnancy can reduce the need to have interventions during labor (e.g. oxytocin), but it does not induce labour, so they’re safe to eat.☺️
