2 week old shakes head back and forth frantically when hungry

Is this normal? I worry bc when my 2 week old is hungry he shakes his head back and forth frantically when I’m trying to bottle feed him. It’s like he gets so worked up he gets frantic/shakes his head and I have to hold his head still to get him to take the bottle . I will ask his doctor but I was wondering if this is normal newborn behavior?
