We chose not to. Our baby has a 25% chance of having Cystic fibrosis. The only way to know before birth is with an amino. We chose not to do it. Because of the chances this will be our only child unless we decide to foster or adopt. 
No matter what the test would have told us wouldn’t have stopped us from loving our baby. Even tho the chance of miscarriage is so small with the procedure it still was a big concern for us since it took us 5years to get pregnant. 
We still did our research tho and we’ve met with the specialist just in case our baby does have CF.

Answer

Yes I did due to multiple anomalies found on ultrasound. It was very quick and practically painless.
