Did anyone TTC for a long time then get pregnant when they lost weight?

We tried for 10 months and nothing. Started low carb and not eating after 7pm for a month and ended up losing 20 pounds, for my bfp the same month. My OB and endocrinologist have both told me that losing weight boosts fertility. Good luck!

Weight can absolutely be a factor. There is research showing how weight affects hormones. Fertility specialists say even 10lbs can make changes. Even if ovulation is happening, they say weight can play a factor, even if not pin pointed specifically as to what. But losing and then getting Positive tests is seen a lot.
