So I’m 32 years old. I recently just got off of the pill . It’s been about 3 months since I stopped taking it . I have been on different forms of the pill for about 12 years .... i went to get my hormones tested and my doctor was literally NO help at all ... she didn’t even notice the low estrogen and progesterone values until I POINTED them out to her 😳😳😳😳. I’m really confused about them and would love some input from ladies that may be going through similar things

I took the blood test on the 25th of January and I got my period on the 30th of ianuary ... therefore I must have Been I’m m “Luteal” phase ...

according to the test it says the normal range during the luteal phase Is (2.6-21.5 ng/ml). Mine was 2.4 ng/ml

For estrogen : normal range for luteal phase (56-214pg/ml) mine was 34pg/ml 😳😳😳

She gave me noooo input at all and just gave me a number for an endro... I can’t even get an appointment there I’ll may😩😩😳😳 . Any input at all about what this may mean or natural remedies I may try would be so helpful 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙏❤️

I have previously been to the Endro and I have high testosterone .. (dhea sulfate and testosterone serum ) he diagnosed me with adrenal hyperplasia ... I also have high cortisol

This test she took says my (free testosterone is in the normal range ) this is confusing since they never tested this before .. and adrenal hyperplasia doesnt just go away !!

Please any help !!!
